Standard Cleaning is intended for the regular maintenance of occupied houses or apartments. It’s ideal for those who want to keep their home clean, tidy, and cozy. It is recommended on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis, depending on the client’s needs.

What does this service include?

1. General Areas (all rooms)
   • Dusting of flat surfaces (tables, shelves, desks), frames, and corners.
   • Basic organization of items such as cushions or magazines.
   • Sweeping or vacuuming, and mopping floors.
   • Emptying wastebaskets.
2. Living Room
   • Cleaning of furniture (no abrasive products).
   • Arrangement of decorative items.
3. Kitchen
   • Cleaning of countertops, tables, and islands.
   • Cleaning the inside and outside of the microwave.
   • Exterior cleaning of refrigerator, oven, stove, and dishwasher.
   • Cleaning of sink and faucets.
   • Sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
   Note: Tasks such as cleaning inside the oven, cabinets, or fridge are not included.
4. Bathrooms
   • Disinfection of toilets, sinks, countertops, faucets, and showers or bathtubs.
   • Cleaning of mirrors.
   • Restocking toilet paper and towels if provided by the client.
   • Sweeping and mopping floors.
5. Bedrooms
   • Making beds (unless instructed otherwise).
   • Cleaning of small furniture, lamps, and surfaces.
   • Vacuuming or mopping depending on floor type.
   • General visual tidying of the space.
6. Hallways and Entrances
   • Dusting of shelves, frames, and doors.
   • Sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming the area.

What’s not included in a standard cleaning:

• Window washing (interior).
• Garage or patio cleaning.
• Laundry or ironing.
• Moving large furniture.
